Light bodied, easy drinking with a dry finish.Brewer's Notes: wanting to accentuate the floral notes from the rice in this recipe, we went with elderflower which gives a great taste of summer and very distinctive floral flavour and aroma to this very refreshing and crushable beer.Ingredients: malted barley, wheat, rice, elderflowers, hops and yeast
