Our take on a new & innovative style coming out of San Fransico - The BRUT IPA - An extremely dry (below the density of water) IPA with a subdued bitterness. Dubbed "The new champagne of beer" - A big hit of Mango on the nose along with hints of citrus, gooseberries and white grapes. Pale as straw, bone dry and gives the impression of high effervescence. Extremely dry, super refreshing, absolutely thirst-quenching, sessionable as sin.Malts: Pilsner, Torrefied WheatHops: Rakau, Hull Melon, Galaxy, Simcoe, Motueka Yeast: House BlendAdditions: Amyloglucosidase (a natural glucose reducing enzyme creating the bone dry effect)
