Twin Froth Pineapple Berliner

This delicious pineapple berliner is one half of an ode to the classic ice pole duo. Pour the raspberry first until your glass is half full, then very slowly pour this pineapple on top over the back of a spoon and hey presto! You’ve got yourself a twin froth. In this brew we’ve added pineapple juice and vanilla to a base of pilsner malt, wheat and oats.
