Foraged Series - Mugwort & Pineappleweed

For the first release from our foraged series, we chose to use mugwort and pineappleweed, two plants that grow close to us in abundance. They have been used for their calming and soothing properties since ancient times and they bring incredible flavour.We steeped the herbs in beer from a single barrel brewed in August 2021. Expressive notes of lime leaf, chamomile and grassy sweet dill mingle with dried meadow flowers, hay and green tea. Calming floral notes linger with pleasant bitterness and a long finish.
