Beyond Condor Valley will be used whenever we extend past our traditionalapproach to our fruited sours—whether it be a larger base, more fruit or anextreme use of adjuncts.For Skewer, we adjusted the base beer in order to balance the expression ofadjuncts against an increased charge of fruit and higher abv. Based on adessert kebab and dipping sauce combo we enjoy, this new base wasconditioned on a large amount of pineapple, mango, blackberries, coconutand maple syrup.
