Let's Lager (Strata/NZ Cascade)

Are there sexier words someone can whisper into your ear than "Let's Lager"? Actually, there probably is, but that's debatable at the Moksa Taproom. Let's Lager starts as a traditional German Pilsner then gets "Americanized" with an IPA level dry hop of 3.3 lbs per bbl of hops. For this second iteration of this beer we decided to go with a 2:1 ratio of Strata:NZ Cascade. This beer is crisp with a high carbonation and familiar lager esters from the yeast. The fruit forward hops add layers of pineapple, pine, and Gewürztraminer white wine.
