Imperial Stout aged in a barrel that held a Weller 15 yr wheated bourbon for 10 months, that previously held Silver Oak Cellars Cabernet. After soaking up the wine, oak and bourbon flavors, it was conditioned on Comoros vanilla beans. The Cabernet is bold on the nose with a round warmth of the Weller bourbon peeking through. The finish has a strong red flavor and the blend of all the flavors fill the senses.
