Street market farmhouse ale with coconut, lemongrass, ginger and makrutBrewed in collaboration with Bendigo Beer’s own Chris Adkins, based on his recipe which took out the ‘Most Unique’ award at the 2021 Bendigo Homebrewing Competition. One sip and you’ll be carried off to the street markets of Saigon, with a symphony of flavours evoking fond memories of fresh Cà Ri Gà and Phở.
