Created to commemorate our 11th Anniversary, 4,018 is an intricate blend of barrel-aged imperial stouts and porters hand-picked to create a beer inspired by one our childhood favorite chocolate ice cream treats. This blend was aged for an average of 16 months in Buffalo Trace Blanton’s Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Weller 12 Year Bourbon, Widow Jane Bourbon, and 10 Year Wild Turkey Russell’s Reserve Bourbon barrels. We conditioned it on Madagascar vanilla, maple syrup, Cacao nibs from Haiti, Ghana, and the Phillipines, and crushed waffle cones. Enjoy now or in the future.
