Berliner Messe: Alleluiavers Uncut (2019 Magnum Edition)

Описание

Alleluiavers is our spontaneously fermented Berliner Messe aged in oak barrels and refermented with stone fruit. This 2019 harvest "uncut" Magnum edition was refermented with fresh, whole overripe NJ white and yellow peaches that were crushed by hand (rather than cut) before naturally refermenting and conditioning in the bottle without backblending.
