This rice lager is made for Slurp Ramen and inspired by Japanese brewing traditions. Brewed with plenty of flaked rice and a decoction mash for a crisp, dry finish. Mittelfrüh hops add lemon and hay, and Loral brings soft notes of lemon, orange blossom, and delicate floral rice.
