This kettle soured ale brew was started on NYE in 2020, allowed to sour overnight.The 1400L batch was split into two fermenters, producing the 'Bad Juju' Berry Sour and the 'Good Juju' Mango sour.Infused with a generous amount of mixed berry puree from local fruit suppliers, this puree has given the beer a beautiful deep pink hue with a fluffy and persistent light pink head.As expected, the aroma is huge berry fruits and the taste being tart, slightly dry with a hint of strawberry sweetness!
