This hazy unfiltered hybrid is bursting with flavors of Riesling Champagne, Sweet Orange Peel, and fresh Coriander. The blend of 60% malted wheat and pale two row barley were fermented with ale and champagne yeast to provide an unique balance of champagne and Belgian wit beer. The bittersweet tart finish is incredibly refreshing.
