In this version of Freestyle we blended a barrel of East Bank, our honey farmhouse ale, and a barrel of an experimental recipe modeled after the first beer we ever brewed on our own brewhouse, Solo. Delicate and fruity acidity is met with a hint of malt and plenty of complexity.Casey Brewing and Blending was founded in 2014 on the bank of the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Our sour Farmhouse ales are aged in oak with local ingredients. By utilizing old world brewing techniques we are able to ensure each beer is Consciously Blended for your enjoyment.
