British cider apples pressed and fermented in the 2016 harvest. Aged 8 months in Luxembourg in stainless steel; 13 months in freshly emptied Single Malt Whisky barrelsA gentle nose of heather, wood, fresh apple, alcohol and spice, with a hint of smoke. The initial acidity rounds off into soft bittersweet apple with an elegant finish and gentle tannins.
