Blakeney Red is one of the most popular pear varieties in the Three Counties. This wonderful fruit has been celebrated for centuries for its full bodied flavour. This bottle showcases the distinct 2022 vintage - a year where we saw more structure in our drinks, and bolder tannins. This edition of Blakeney has minerality and a little fizz of tannin to complement the delicate, soft flavours of pear, honey and melon.
