This beer was brewed in collaboration with Christiania Bryghus from Copenhagen. It's a hazy, thick, sweet ale with a note of sourness in the background and fruity hops on the nose.At the very beginning we ferment the wort (pre fermented beer) with our house lactic culture. In the kettle it meets hops and other Christiania Bryghus signature ingredient - hemp seeds. Main fermentation is performed by New E yeast, that is famous for creating permanent haze and sweetness. A hefty portion on lactose helps boosting it's sweetness and milkshake like character even more.Combining all these flavours together it's pretty obvious - while working on it we were dreaming about big, bold, rich and thick fruity milkshake.
