This is a table-strength version of Tradition, our saison highlighting traditional European hops. In this case, we used Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz, leading to a beer that is floral and dry with light notes of Saltine crackers and hay with plenty of carbonation and a touch of minerality.
