While walking the citrus grove at Greenfield Citrus on a Saturday morning, we came across kumquats ripe enough to eat right off the tree—which we promptly did. We so relished the flavor of that fresh fruit that we went back the next day and picked buckets full of kumquats for use in this snappy gose. Fruit-infused, slightly salty and slightly tart, Kumquat Gose is back just in time to quench your thirst during the real summer heat.
