Volkan is trying to set a tradition with its wheat beers. We have another one here, Gray, with the addition of bergamont orange extract in its recipe. Very interesting take of the weiss beer, adjusted to the greek market, with citrus fruits upfront, but also floral notes and honey. Refreshing, tasty, summer sensation, best when served ice cold and after a lunch, accompanying fruits or light desserts.
