It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon a hefty dose of fresh peach purée. After resting for several weeks in stainless steel, it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Double Peach Tart features a tantalizing acidity balanced by notes of peach jam, plain yogurt, peach crumble bars, and subtle funk. Sweet juicy stone fruit notes give way to a clean finish, eschewing bracing sourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate.
