What do the four “B’s” stand for? Banana Blueberry Breakfast Bochet. Lace up your boots and get ready for this one. 4B starts with a base of banana bochet mead that has been back sweetened with Meadowfoam honey. We then blended in a bit of ‘23/’24 Elliot that had been sleeping in bourbon barrels for over a year. Once the blend was dialed in, we added a thoughtful amount of maple syrup and just a kiss of cinnamon.The results are a decadent dessert mead that starts with loads of ripe banana, caramel and vanilla. The creamy texture and lingering sweetness give way to hints of blueberry and baking spice on the exceedingly long finish. We are stoked about this custom blend. It’s one of those meads that will be impossible to replicate.
