We took our 2yo Lambic style base & racked onto strawberries for a further 12 months. We then aged for a further 6 years before releasing in bottles.Strawberry on the nose, the fruit flavour has mellowed over the years, to a point where it allows the base beer to share centre stage. A truly exquisite & elegant beer.
