We’ve teamed up with our friends in Bell Lane Coffee Mullingar to bring you Moondust Coffee Porter. We’ve brewed a smooth, medium-bodied brown porter on a complex base of Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Crystal Malt and Chocolate Malt. Clocking in at 5%, we’ve hopped this one with Magnum to bitter as well as Willamette and Chinook later in the boil.The real star of the show here is Bell Lane’s Moondust Espresso. It’s a blend of Sumatran, Colombian and Brazilian beans producing a strong flavour with a hint of chocolate and caramel on the finish.
