A micro batch where we push the boundaries and truly experiment.A fresh, clean pale ale complimented with a measured addition of Strawberry Gum. We steeped the dried leaves to make a tea ensuring a quick steep to extract the maximum strawberry and added this directly post-fermentation to guarantee this showcase of Australian Native ingredients.
