Ghost Note Red Haven Peach

Damn, I love plums. Pluots are a hybrid of plums and apricots, but in reality they're all plum in flavor. We received a small amount of pluots from one of our growers in Palisade, CO, but they also had many our favorite peaches in the same delivery. I decided to make a blend of Ghost Note, our spelt farmhouse ale, with equal amounts of both fruits. The result is an amazingly soft and fluffy stone fruit combo that lets each fruit shine in its own light. The spelt provides added body and complexity.
