Our Imperial Blonde Ale is similar to a Bock, but uses a German Alt yeast. Stronger than your typical American Blonde, La Mami has a beautiful golden, caramel-like color with a sweet, malty palate. Hints of bubble gum and bread are balanced with a nice dry finish.
