Our collaborative brew with friends from Wrocław - Targowa - Craft Beer and Food. The idea was to make a light and refreshing sour that will be easy to drink. We decided that we will add a lot of peaches and some passionfruit as well, so the peachy sweetness will be balanced by passion sourness. And why we named it a Tower Sour?
