Río Prieto

A robust, malty dark red-copper colored ale with vanilla, cinnamon, cacao husk and coffee. Fruity notes developed by yeast in fermentation blend with the spices added and the sweet malt flavors resulting in a beer reminiscent of milk chocolate. Río Prieto refers to a ward in the town of Yauco, PR that borders with the towns of Adjuntas, Lares and Maricao, where the cacao, vanilla and coffee were sourced respectively.
