Experimenting on the intersection of Juicy, Hazy and Classic IPA we’ve combined lots of elements to hero the concept of modern IPA. Unfiltered but not hazy, tropical but dank, smooth but bitter.Using classic hops like Citra and Motueka, with some modern additions of Talus, it’s a big old hop salad of different flavours. Citrus and tropical notes up front. With a silky body, layered with sweet malts, Tropicana and pine. It finishes with an ever so slight bitterness for drinkability.
