La Piragua Ale...This 1St Version Was Brewed At The Mash With 2-Row and Wheat Malts. For Kettle Additions We Used Columbus, Chinook, Raspberry Pulp and Tamarind Pulp. The Wort Was then Fermented (This Batch) With A Belgian Yeast Strain.The Outcome is a Refreshing Beer With A Fruity Nose, Subtle Hints of Sweetness From The Raspberry At the Start And Ends With Hints Tartness From The Tamarind Pulp.
