Ukranian Golden Mother A

Описание

Using a sour derived from a lovely, complex beer made by Pravda Brewery, Lviv, Ukraine; this sour is from our very first barrel. We derived this culture 4 years ago as we were starting our barrel program. Fed regularly and used with a blend of our other mothers for our new barrels, this beer has grown into something unique. Savoury and crisp with a smooth funk.
