Tart Cherry Cider

We started this off-dry cider on August 5, 2017. We fermented the juice of apples and tart cherries with brettanomyces and lactobacillus, which added sour and subtle funky notes. Aged on a blend of oaks for a year. Aromas and tastes include tart cherry, apple vinegar, subtle funk, hay and vanilla.
