(Batch Dated: 4/23) Postscript is a hop-tinged country beer brewed with a generous portion of raw spelt sourced from our neighbors. We ferment with a mixed culture and ripen it in oak casks, resulting in a mature beer that balances fermentation character with judicious hopping.
