What’s going on with that name? And a pink label! Man, this has to officially be thegirliest looking beer ever. But don’t be fooled, this baby is a true funky sour. She isbrewed with pilsner and wheat malt and with fresh rose hip water in the kettle and rests on Hibiscus flowers and French Oak chips. The extra dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops adds the final touch. The result is a very fine, refreshing beer with beautiful flavours from the carefully picked ingredients. It’s amazing what a hard work it is to create something so subtle!
