Fruitopia is an ongoing series in which we explore how far we can take the addition of fruit to beer. Drinkers are given an exclusive look into the brewing process, with varieties, additions and time frame listed on the can label.Number Two is a 7% mango swirl, this is an exploration in combining flavours from malt spices and mango into a creamy dessert inspired beer. A smoothie style sour ale, with additions of Mango (one tonne in fact), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla and Lactose.
