Ersatz Good

Описание

Tofurkey? Veggie Bacon? the Yugo? We're all familiar with imitation products that aren't quite as good as the original. There are a number of those in the beer world too, especially with certain hops and yeast strains. In Ersatz Good we took an underappreciated yeast strain and put it together with a big dose of Simcoe, Enigma, Mosaic and Eureka hops for a result that is undeniably tasty. It's deep and dank throughout with notes of honey drizzled strawberries & blueberries, ripe cantaloupe, sweet oatmeal and papaya. Try one and see how the Ersatz can be Good if not great!
