Beer Lab for October 2025 is a series of beers with a cocktail theme, created in collaboration with Duck and Cover cocktail bar in Copenhagen. Each has been brewed with a different tincture made by Duck and Cover, yielding remarkable and singular flavours.Choc 'n' Roll is a Chocolate Caraway Porter, featuring a caraway tincture from Duck and Cover, and cacao nibs soaked in rum. A complex malt bill provides a strong foundation for the flavours, despite the modest ABV.
