A Winter 2017/8 small batch release, 'Gurders' is a white stout fermented on BE-256 to give a traditional dry, spicy Trappist flavour profile, followed by post-fermentation additions of Scottish raspberries, ginger (not the bottled kind) + chili to impart the flavour of Scotland's other national drink.
