No.31 reprises No.5 in the BAP series, an APRICOT ROSEMARY SOUR made in support of the worldwide ‘Brewgooder’ campaign to raise awareness of drinking water quality in Africa. With its abundance of bright, spring-like flavours, it was the perfect beer to resurrect with the able assistance of our recent Spring 2023 Brewing Academy.
