Fluffy Glitch

Описание

Strata-Galaxy Double IPA which we brewed in collaboration with our friends Dry and Bitter Brewing. We aimed for a supremely soft and fluffy mouthfeel by loading the mash tun with malted and flaked oats, plus a touch of rye for added complexity. Dry & Bitter were nice enough to bring a fresh pitch of their house yeast, which contributed a fermentation profile reminiscent of their delicious hazy hop bombs.
