We sat down with our good buddies from Mortalis Brewing to talk about life and before we knew it, we were talking about brewing up a beer, thus "Unknown Origin" was born, a TDH Hazy DIPA with Bru-1, Bru-1 Lupomax, Citra, Citra Incognito and Freestyle Nelson. Bursting with tasting notes of white grape, dieselly dankness, dole fruit cup and strawberry pineapple juice, the origin of this full-bodied elixir may be unknown, but one thing we do know is we love how it turned out and we love making beers with our hop buddies from Rochester.
