Keeping Time

We've headed back to the West Coast for this dandy of an IPA. A clean, bitter and piney little number brewed with an all-American hop combo of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Hitting all the notes we crave in a modern Westy. Loads of pine and grapefruit on the palate, with just enough resin hiding at the back. The bitterness is noticeable upfront and builds like a crescendo. Beautiful balance between bitterness, fruity zest and a full but clean West Coast body.
