Birs? 2018Minden évben új kalandokat keresünk, kísérletezünk és kockáztatunk azért, hogy valami különlegességgel tudjunk meglepni titeket. Egy barátunk birsalma ültetvényéről kaptunk egy próba adagot, hogy kipróbálhassuk, milyen is a birsalma a ciderben. A birs-kalandunk lenyűgöző eredménnyel zárult, amit nagyon bírunk. Érdekes aromatikája miatt egy megosztó tétel is lehet, de vállaljuk a kockázatot, mert hiszünk abban, hogy tetszeni fog mindenkinek.-------Fancy a quincy? 2018Each year we are on the lookout for new adventures, welcoming risks and experimenting so that we can surprise you with something special. We received a sample box from a friend’s quince tree to try it in a cider format. We fancied our quince adventure immensely. The intriguing aroma could be a marmite love it or hate it situation but we like taking on risks, as we believe it will win hearts.
