**Our kitchen manager Pete loves to fish, he also loves Double IPAs. We brewed this soft juicy ale for him with a variety of grains. The addition of local basswood honey to the whirlpool helps cut the hop bit while accentIng hop aroma without adding sweetness. We added an obscene amount of BRU-1, Cashmere and Southern Passion to the dry hop phase. This Hazy IPA will be a perfect companion on your next angling adventure.
