The ‘Blanc’ is hand picked organic, wild fermented Gewürztraminer from the Nelson vineyard combined with a barrel aged wild beer blend made up of 65% acacia BA turbid mashed spon beer, 30% elderflower wild ale & 5% oxidised broom wild ale then rested on organic feijoas. A truly Brewtal blend of wild fermented wine, beer & fruit.
