Funky Blender Preserves Dry Hopped Peach (Galaxy & Lotus 10/16/20)

This blend used organic Colorodo-grown organic peaches and fresh Galaxy and Lotus hops in the dry hop. The nose is distinct fruity hops and creamy peach candy. In the taste, the peaches shine a bit more with the same peach candy and deceptively sweet finish. We lowered the dry hop rate for this blend compared to some more recent blends. This allows for the fruit to shine more from the beginning and not have any astringent hoppy notes. Our goal was achived in this blend that I would say is my favorite of this months blends. I love how these dry hopped stone fruit blends age, stick a couple in your cellar for sure.
