Nightwood Grand Cru (Sparkling)

Spontaneously fermented dark ale aged in a single port barrel for 42 months. After three years in oak, we added local NJ aronia and Petite Sirah & Cabernet Franc grape pomace directly to the evaporative ullage of the barrel.Refermented with a dose of NJ cranberry honey.
