Light, crisp and bitter, this session IPA is brewed with dandelion leaves to replace the hops. Technical a gruit it’s another of our experimentals that expand your horizons in beer. The colour is surprisingly dark for a beer containing only base malt and is a result of the large amount of dandelion leaves used for bittering. Died orange peel and red grape aroma suggests a much higher alcohol content than the measured 4.8% which means you can have another without fear or guilt.
