La Grezza is a beer brewed exclusively for the exciting new Italian bistro, Grezzo. We were initially going to try to stick to one consistent recipe, an Italian style pils, meaning balanced and dry hopped. However, we were inspired by the restaurant's ever changing menu. We thought it fitting to change some things about the beer to keep it fresh and exciting. This version of la Grezza is brewed with Premiant hops. A little known Czech hop usually used mostly for bittering. We used it for bittering, flavor and dry hop and were pleasantly surprised at the robust aromas. Expect lemon peel, subtle pineapple, and an undertone of fresh parsley in this batch of Grezza. A snappy refreshing compliment to Grezzo's bar snacks. Salute!
